Over the last 75 years, Ernest W Edge & Son has been offering its quality produce to the population of Handbridge and its surrounding areas.

The reputation for a consistently high standard of meat and other produce is something that we are extremely proud of. Ensuring that these standards are maintained, whilst also keeping prices as low as possible means a lot of hard work.

Our commitment is to source produce from as locally as possible in order that we can substantiate provenance. Indeed, Bruce can often be found on the hills of North Wales or the plains of Cheshire ensuring that the produce that is displayed daily is to the same standard as it has always been.
