Roast for 20-25 mins at 180°C.


Chicken Kiev

Chicken Kiev

A supreme of chicken with a garlic butter and herb glaze and medallion of garlic butter.

Roast for 35-40 mins at 180°C gas mark 5.

Chicken Crowns

A double breast of local chicken boned and stuffed with sage and onion stuffing and our own pork sausage-meat with a skirt of streaky bacon.

Roast for 1hr at 180°C gas mark 5.


Indian Pork Stir-Fry

Indian Pork Stir-Fry

Tender strips of fat free pork steak and bacon with onions, broccoli, mushrooms and baby sweetcorn in an indian glaze.

Stir-fry on full heat for 5-6 mins.


Escalope of Pork

Best pork steak beaten wafer thin and coated in an apricot and hazelnut breadcrumb which we make ourselves.

Pan fry for 3-4 mins each side in hot olive oil. Make sure the oil is hot, the escalope needs to fry in the oil rather than lie in the oil!

Lovely local veal escalopes, pan fry for 1 minute per side.


Louisiana Chicken

A juicy breast of local chicken stuffed with Cricketers mature cheddar, wrapped in smoked bacon in a smoky barbecue sauce.

Roast in oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes.


Lamb Neck Fillet

Lamb Neck Fillet in olive oil, garlic and fresh herbs

Lamb Neck Fillet (which would be called Ribeye Steak if it was beef) marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh garlic and mixed herbs.

Remove from vacuum pack and open roast at 180°C gas mark 5 for 35 minutes to serve pink.

Recipe Suggestion

Step 1: Par boil some potatoes.
Step 2: Remove the lamb from the vacuum bag.
Step 3: Use excess oil and garlic in bag to coat half cooked potatoes.
Step 4: Place the lamb and potatoes in a roasting dish at 180°C gas mark 5 for 35-40 mins.
Step 5: 20 minutes after placing lamb and potatoes in the oven add some vine tomatoes, sliced courgettes and red onion to your roasting tray.
Step 6: After 35-40 mins roasting time remove whole meal from oven.
